Will Hayes is a Legal Director in the Criminal Litigation team at Kingsley Napley. He has a broad practice encompassing white-collar crime, serious and complex crime, internal investigations, extradition and INTERPOL. He has a wealth of experience in representing individuals and corporate clients at all stages of proceedings. 

He is an expert on the law of legal professional privilege and regularly advises on complex privilege issues arising in a wide range of criminal cases, internal investigations and cases in other practice areas. He is the co-author of Legal Professional Privilege in Criminal Investigations and Proceedings,  which was published by Oxford University Press in July 2024.
