Susanna specialises in regulatory law and professional disciplinary work for legal professionals. She is an experienced litigator who understands the practical demands of managing a varied caseload in a world of rapid data and document creation and proliferation.  

Susanna is a co-author of the Law Society’s books, The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal – Law and Practice (2nd ed, 2022), The Solicitor’s Handbook (2024), and SRA Investigations (2024). She also writes a quarterly review for Practical Law covering the published decisions of the SRA and SDT.
