Sarah Dwight is a solicitor and sole practitioner. She qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and established her own practice, Sarah Dwight Solicitor, in 2000, where she acts for buyers and sellers in residential freehold and leasehold transactions . She is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing and Land Law Committee and chairs the Committee’s Residential Property working group. She has spoken at property law conferences, seminars and training events . She writes modules for the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) online training course, is joint author of the Law Society’s CQS Toolkit and has written for publications including the Law Society’s Property in Practice magazine and the Solicitors Journal.
