Richard is Head of Legal Resourcing at Konexo, leading the offering and our teams across the UK and Asia which he has done since its inception in 2011.

He works with clients across all sectors to ensure they get the very best talent to assist on projects, outsourcing and interim cover for their legal and HR departments. He has extensive leadership, regulatory and operational experience and works with clients on their resourcing strategies across jurisdictions. Prior to his current role, Richard worked on technical projects for the firm such as legal analytics and contract management and was previously Head of IT Application Development and Support for Eversheds Sutherland. He has spoken at legal IT events across Europe and the USA, with a focus on workflow improvement and resource management.
