Manjula is an established business psychologist and executive coach with a focus on assessment, selection and development.

Her HR background enables her to appreciate perspectives from both employer and employee when it comes to recruitment, career challenges and aspirations.

She has developed a niche practice in supporting solicitors, lawyers and barristers to navigate the judicial application process having previously served as an independent /lay panel member.
Her course at the Law Societies of England, Wales and Scotland have been running for over 10 years, evolving from a positive action initiative to address diversity barriers.

As a registered test user with the British Psychological Society (BPS), Manjula is able to offer a range of psychometrics (assessing ability, personality, emotional intelligence, resilience, critical thinking, unconscious bias etc.) to support selection decisions and development interventions.

And as a Certified On-line Facilitator, she is equally effective in training face to face and remotely on a number of platforms (including training trainers in-house).
