Lucinda is an Associate Professor of Educational Practice at BPP University. A non-practising solicitor and qualified mediator, Lucinda researches the impact of failure and fear of failure in legal education and the legal industry. She is the founder of the Feeling Failure Network, a multi-disciplinary community of higher education and industry professionals dedicated to promoting effective learning and working. The network drives best practice in supporting recovery from setbacks and embedding resilience and other essential life skills in education and professional development.
