Geraldine Kelm is a partner at Pinsent Masons and leads the firm’s Vario Flexible Services business in the UK and APAC.  Previously a practising lawyer and a founding member of the original team which launched Vario in 2013, Geraldine today takes both an active and strategic advisory role in designing flexible resourcing delivery solutions to meet client needs and is a passionate advocate for legal freelancing as an alternative career pathway for talented lawyers across the profession.
