This online workshop is aimed at solicitors considering a judicial role. If you have struggled with evidencing your potential for a judicial role in writing, then this training will equip you with the skills required to compile the competencies section of the Judicial Appointments Commission’s (JAC) application form.
This intensive workshop will focus on tailoring your submission to make a positive impact at the JAC’s competency-based application stage of the process. The session will provide practical advice on developing your examples of achievement in a group coaching format, incorporating your experiences, you will receive invaluable feedback from your fellow learners and the trainer/facilitator.
To help you get the most out of this workshop, it is essential that you set aside approximately one hour to complete the pre-work.
This workshop will be facilitated by Manjula Bray, a business psychologist, facilitator and coach. As a former JAC lay assessor panel member Manjula has unique insight into the qualities sought for judicial appointment.
