Introduction to Probate

Solicitors must follow a specific legal process when advising on probate matters, including gathering information and dealing with taxes and other financial issues. This course sets out this process and outlines the types of dispositions that a will may contain. With a practical focus, this course explains how to correctly calculate tax exemptions, as well as outlining the key complexities and contentions that can occur during probate.
