Paula Myers is the National Head of the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes Team at Irwin Mitchell. Specialising in disputes related to wills, trusts, and estates, Paula has expertise in claims for financial provision for various claimants and defendants. Paula is experienced in handling will cases that involve issues of mental incapacity, undue influence, and other validity concerns, as well as cases requiring the construction of terms in a will or trust document. She mainly acts for High Net Worth individuals.
Paula has brought and defended claims in situations where trustees have breached their fiduciary duties. Additionally, Paula represents clients in proprietary estoppel claims, which often involve farming partnerships and substantial property portfolios.
