Introduction to Supervision

Supervision plays a crucial role in workplace culture and, as such, is a fundamental concept in the SRA Codes of Conduct and the focus of SRA guidance; however, the regulator leaves it to firms to decide what supervision should look like for them.

Through videos, realistic scenarios and knowledge checks, this module harnesses AI and avatars to keep you engaged and aid information retention.

Written by Fiona du Feu, a solicitor and experienced Lexcel Legal Practice Quality Mark assessor and consultant, this microlearning module will explore what supervision is and why is it crucial for risk management.

This training will be relevant for anyone who is new to a supervisory role, wishes to progress into a junior management role, or already holds a supervisory post in a Lexcel-accredited firm.
