AI from an Intellectual Property Perspective

The rise in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has implications for various areas of legal practice – most notably, intellectual property (IP). In this context, the law is constantly being interpreted and re-interpreted to keep up with technological advances.

This online classroom, led by expert speakers Camille Terfve and Emma Graham, is designed to provide you with guidance on how to advise clients on issues relating to AI and IP. It will set out the most common forms of AI, as well as how it can be used to generate content. It will offer insights into the types of IP rights that may arise, and the situations they apply to. The session will also analyse the evolving legal landscape of AI and IP by examining current legislation, and looking at recent patent practice and case law. Last but not least, the speakers will share their insights on the enforceability of AI patents.

Whether you practise IP law or wish to remain up to date on the latest challenges facing the legal sector when it comes to AI and IP, this online classroom has something for everybody. Book your place now!
