Victoria Grantham
Victoria’s credentials
Victoria Grantham returned to private practice 3 years ago after a career break spanning almost 15 years. She previously trained, qualified and practised as a commercial litigator at Slaughter and May where she gained significant experience of large scale commercial disputes. Victoria decided to step away from practice to focus on her children in 2005. During her career break she managed the finances and HR function of a small business.
In late 2020 Victoria applied for a returnship at DAC Beachcroft LLP through its “Reconnect” programme which is aimed at attracting returners to the profession. She returned to work in February 2021 and is an associate in the London Commercial Disputes department working on a wide variety of claims from high value arbitrations, commercial court disputes and regulatory investigations. She has acted as a mentor to other returners to the work place and supports the firm with its Reconnect Programme.
