Emma Arbuthnot is an In-house Solicitor at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity). Emma joined GOSH Charity in September 2023 after a career break to raise her children. Emma trained and qualified as a Solicitor at Allen & Overy LLP in 2006 and is 6 years PQE. She also spent time on secondment to the in-house legal teams at The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC and to TUI AG. Emma has advised a range of clients on complex commercial projects both in the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on commercial contracts. She has enjoyed using her legal skills and experience to support the amazing team at GOSH Charity and their incredible work supporting seriously ill children from across the UK.
