Gabriella’s credentials

Gabriella Bettiga is a solicitor and qualified Italian lawyer, accredited as an Advanced Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme and as a Level 3 advisor under the Immigration Advice Accreditation (IAA). She is the director of MGBe Legal, a firm specialising in personal and business migration.

Gabriella is a trustee of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and has served as a member of the Tribunal Procedure Committee and as Chair of the Independent Cost and Funding Adjudicators at the Legal Aid Agency. She designs and delivers training courses for legal professionals, covering topics such as asylum, family migration, EU rights, and professional conduct. Her sessions are known for combining legal rigour with practical insight, and she regularly writes for national and international publications on immigration and nationality law.
