Natalie’s credentials

Natalie Salunke is an experienced General Counsel and board director with over 15 years’ experience leading legal functions across the technology, fintech and leisure sectors. She is the founder of Salunke Solutions Limited, where she acts as a Fractional GC – the ‘Mary Poppins of Law – parachuting into scale-ups, PE/VC-backed businesses and charities to build practical, people-centred legal functions’.

Natalie began her career at Taylor Wessing before moving in-house, holding senior legal and company secretary positions at Venda, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Fleetcor Technologies, Zilch and Likezero. Her expertise spans commercial contracting, data and IP, governance, compliance and leadership development, with a focus on helping fast-growing companies to establish robust yet agile legal frameworks.

Passionate about inclusive leadership and the human side of law, Natalie co-founded Hera, a community for women in law committed to the ethos ‘We Rise Together’. She also serves on the Board of Middlesex County Cricket Club and is a Trustee of the Young Urban Arts Foundation, reflecting her deep interest in sports and charity governance.

A regular speaker and contributor to various legal publications, Natalie champions modern, purpose-driven approaches to in-house lawyering, combining technical excellence with empathy, collaboration and clear communication. She is particularly passionate about developing future legal leaders, promoting fractional working models, and embedding values-based decision-making at the heart of legal practice.
