These modules explore the importance of dealing with failures and setbacks, particularly important in the legal profession that sets high standards for solicitors. The training includes a 3-minute introduction, three modules and references to further support:
- Module 1 – Failure and important linked concepts (10mins)
- Module 2 – Tips for recovering from failure as soon as it happens (7mins)
- Module 3 – Tips for effective recovery from failure in the longer term (10mins)
You can listen to each part as standalone training, but you will get the most out of the module if you listen to all the parts in order.
These reflective modules are aimed at newly qualified and aspiring solicitors but will also be helpful for solicitors at all levels of PQE.

Before starting this micro-learning module, please make sure you have identified sources of support you can turn to if any of the content of this module upsets you, and that you are in a fit state of mind to deal with potentially distressing topics.
