Carolyn Morgan is director of human resources at our Liverpool office. She is responsible for the firm’s human resource management, talent, development and engagement activity. Reporting to the firm’s COO, the focus of Carolyn’s role is to develop and implement the HR and people strategy for the firm.
Carolyn has overseen many of Hill Dickinson’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and works to distinguish the firm as a compassionate employer that takes an innovative approach to work-life balance.
Fiona is a partner working four days a week at our Liverpool office. She has progressed from a relatively humble background, being the first in her family to go to university, through having children and now heads the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team in Liverpool as well as being a member of the LLP board. She has over 25 years’ experience of a broad range of disputes and extensive experience of successfully managing high value, complex, document heavy, multiple expert and witness cases.
Fiona is a keen advocate of the firm’s diversity strategy and is committed to supporting talented women in progressing through the business.
Diana is a mother of two young children who took an extended period of leave after having her second child before returning to work part-time. She has recently been promoted to partner in the corporate commercial team and is a qualified notary public practising in the City of London. She advises clients on a variety of corporate-related matters and has assisted national and international clients in over 3000 matters during the last ten years.
Esther Venning is a partner in the health commercial, regulatory and real estate team. She is a mother and works part time, balancing childcare responsibilities and her work as a partner and head of the Leeds office. She has worked with health and local authority clients for over 15 years and focuses on the development of integrated care structures, collaborative arrangements for integrated commissioning and contractual and governance work.
