Supporting Others and Creating a Mentally-Healthy Workplace Culture (1 & 8 July 2022)

3 hoursFoundation

This series of two 90-minute live webinars will help attendees to understand the psychology of high performers and develop effective practices to promote a more positive mental health culture within law firms/organisations, secure boardroom buy-in and ensure mental health champions and first aiders are being optimally utilised.

Why attend?

  • Deloitte estimates that businesses are losing in excess of £1,500 per employee per year due to the costs associated with poor mental health. For an organisation of 300 people, that equates to more than £450,000 per year,
  • The SRA publication on workplace culture in law firms demonstrates that firms who do not take steps to proactively address unhealthy cultures could face regulatory action. Without the right support and infrastructure in place, mental health challenges can occur.
  • Risk management, clients, talent and stakeholders now have much greater expectations of firms/organisations with regards to mental health and wellbeing strategies and policies
