Introduction to Negotiating and Influencing for In-House Lawyers
As an in-house lawyer you look after the legal needs of your organisation. Your role is to go beyond being a great technical lawyer and to develop competencies and skills that ensure you understand your organisation and are able to advise in the context of the overall strategy for the business. This module looks at the influencing and negotiating skills you need to do this successfully.
